D'Neill is great at what she does. She was knowledgeable about the various properties and was able to give me great insight that enabled me to make the best decision.

We can't thank D'Neill enough! On short notice, she took us to see many apartments in the areas we had requested. She was so personable and informative. My son found the perfect apartment and his transition to Richmond will be a lot easier because of D'Neill and Apartment Pros!!

I am now almost settled, I have the keys to my apartments and I am only waiting for my car and furniture to arrive. I happened to be on the internet and went to the website of APARTMENTPROS not sure what I was going to get but, desperate…I emailed Ms. Trotter of Apartment Pros and she responded by finding out what I was in the market for and then sent me several apartments with complete telephone numbers and appointment times. She even asked whether I wanted her to accompany me through the process. The first apartment she sent me to was a sure blessing and my search and longing for the right community, and the surrounding area was over.
