What if I just need furniture or housewares, but not both?
We offer our E-Z Bundle package of furniture and housewares together at a discounted rate. For your convenience, we are able to offer furniture or housewares to you at a-la-carte pricing.
What is the process for reserving the E-Z Bundle?
Reserving the E-Z Bundle is easy. You would simply fill out and sign our
application/credit card form and short lease agreement. Once approved, we will schedule your E-Z Bundle package for delivery.
What payment methods are accepted?
For your convenience, we gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diner's Club & American Express.
How often will I be billed and who do I pay?
Apartment Pros will bill your provided credit card monthly 1-2 days prior to the upcoming month. Leases that start after the 15th of the month will pay the pro-rate for that month and the following full month; then monthly thereafter.
Is there a minimum lease term on the E-Z bundle?
The minimum initial lease term is 3 months or longer. You can go month to month after the initial lease term is over. You will need to provide a 30 day written notice to end the lease.
Are there any extra fees associated with the E-Z Bundle?
There is a 5% sales tax added to the listed E-Z Bundle Price. There is a one time E-Z Bundle set up fee of $75.
When/how would I get my E-Z Bundle delivered?
We will take care of ordering your E-Z bundle package and will arrange to have it delivered to your apartment on move in day. Please notify the apartment community leasing office that you will be receiving the E-Z bundle package and grant permission for entry.
Do I need to have insurance?
Yes, proof of renters insurance is required.
