Apartment Pros, Inc. was started in April of 2002 with the objective of making life easier for the average apartment renter looking to relocate and/or find the perfect apartment home, here in Richmond, Virginia. With the success of the locator service, the decision was made to expand our services to include Corporate, Temporary and Furnished Housing.

In the summer of 2003, we placed our first client and have increased our customer service goals in order to ensure that each customer's unique needs were met and exceeded. Apartment Pros headquarters are located in Richmond, Virginia and includes Senior Management, Sales and Marketing, Corporate Housing and Apartment Locating Divisions.
